‘Kesioluwa is a dual qualified Solicitor (England, Wales and Nigeria) with extensive experience in transactional legal matters especially competition law, infrastructure project finance, public private partnerships and government policy advocacy. She has midwifed several multi-million dollar transactions in the Power, Energy and Real Estate sectors. In her role, she has been responsible for providing policy direction and advisory services on sustainable growth policies in Nigeria and the trend of Public Private
Partnerships in the Sub-Saharan Africa. She was the lead advisory counsel to the Dredging and Towage sub-contracting team for the dredging and safe passage of the $3.1 Billion Egina Floating Production Storage Offshore (FPSO) in the Lagos Channel of Light House creek. She holds a certificate in Financing and Investing in Infrastructure from the Universita Commerciale Luigi Bocconi, Italy and an LLM from the University of Essex. She is a member of the International Bar Association and the Nigerian Bar Association (Lagos Branch).
